The Triangle Ski Club schedules its annual Loppet and/or Ski Tour in the Fall to take place in January or February of the upcoming ski season. Membership in the Triangle Ski Club is not required. Bring the family and have a day of fun. The 2010 Loppet has been rescheduled for Sunday, February 28. A printable registration form can be downloaded here. To see the results for last year’s Loppet click here. Race Events Registration takes place at 12 noon for the loppet and 5 km fun ski and 10 am for the kids events. Race times: 1 pm for the 5 km fun ski and 10+ km loppet 11 am for the kids events. All participants must submit a completed registration form together with a signed waiver. Categories 10+ km (depending on conditions) Men Women Masters (mixed 50 yrs. and older) 5 km Men Women Junior mixed (9-13) 2 km Junior boys (9-13) Junior girls (9-13) 500 m Children mixed (8 and under Loppet Facilities The chalet was destroyed by fire on March 8, 2009 and the ski club has recently purchased a used portable from the Upper Canada School Board Outside toilet facilities are available in the parking lot.
